GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
The website www.bobokid.be is an initiative of Bobokid (Hello@bobokid.be - +32474622317) registered with the Carrefour bank for enterprises of Belgium under the number BE0763416823 whose head office is located at 15, Rue P.De Waet, 1780 Wemmel, belgium, hereinafter referred to as "Bobokid" or "the seller" and, on the other hand, the person placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the "buyer", "the customer" or even "the user". I. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
These general conditions of use apply to any visit or use of the Platform and its information by a user.
These general conditions are applicable both to sales made in Belgium and abroad.

4. Protection of personal data
The data provided by the user is collected and processed by Bobokid only for internal purposes. Bobokid assures its users that the processing of personal data is kept for actions specific to Bobokid and is in no case transmitted to third parties or for marketing purposes.
The data kept by Bobokid are as follows: Last name, First name, e-mail address, address, credit card number, bank account, delivery date.
The customer may at any time, on simple request and free of charge, oppose the processing of his personal data as well as access it, in order to obtain rectification of any data that is incomplete, inaccurate or irrelevant. Bobokid may disclose personal information to third parties if such transmission is expressly requested by competent authorities, to comply with laws and regulations, to protect or defend its rights or property or if it considers that the customer is a danger, for him or for a third party.
Bobokid undertakes to comply with the applicable legislation in this area, namely the European Regulation of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
5. General Provisions
Bobokid may at any time interrupt, modify, extend or delete the website, without prior notification and without incurring any liability.
In the event of violation of the General Conditions of Use by the user, Bobokid reserves the right to take repair and sanction measures. adapted.
II. TERMS OF SALES
These general conditions of sale define the reciprocal rights and obligations in the event of the purchase of products on the website. The customer is deemed to have been accepted without reservation, failing which, his order will not be validated.
Bobokid reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale at any time. The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are put online for any purchase after this date.
1. Online store
The seller provides the customer with an online store presenting the products, without the photographs having a contractual value. In the event of errors or omissions in the description of a product, the seller cannot be held liable.
The customer, by validating his order online, certifies that he is over 18 years of age.
Prices and taxes are indicated on the online site.
The products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
2. Price
The seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time by publishing them online without notice.
Only the prices will apply at the time of validation of the order.
The prices are indicated in Euro and do not take into account any delivery costs, these will be applied before payment of the order.
The selling prices of second-hand items are established by Bobokid, and correspond to approximately 60% of the recommended and / or average price of the new item.
3. Order
The customer must accept the CGU / CGV by clicking on the place indicated in order to validate his order.
The customer will have to choose the delivery method and the payment method.
The customer must provide a valid email address, billing details and delivery address.
The seller reserves the right to block any order in the event of non-payment, incorrect address, or any other problem concerning the Customer Account, until the problem is resolved.
4. Confirmation and payment
Bobokid remains the owner of the products ordered until full payment of the order.
The customer makes the payment during the final validation of the order. This validation takes the place of signature.
Bobokid guarantees that it has the necessary authorizations to use the payment methods offered.
In case of refusal of authorization of payment by the banking organization, the order will be suspended or canceled until confirmation of payment.
Bobokid reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer with whom Bobokid is in dispute.
In case of unavailability of a product, the seller will keep the customer informed by e-mail in order to replace or refund the said product, the rest of the order remains final.
5. Delivery
Delivery is only made after confirmation of payment from the customer's banking organization.
Delivery will be made within the following deadlines:
The shipping time is, in principle, 72 hours, after confirmation of the order made before 12 noon on Friday. For any order confirmation made after 12 noon on Friday, after 12 noon the day before a public holiday, a public holiday, a Saturday or a Sunday, the 72-hour period begins on the first working day that follows.
The delivery time is given as an indication. In any case Bobokid can not be held responsible for a delay of the carrier.
The risks associated with transport are solely the responsibility of the carrier, as soon as the order to be delivered by the carrier is taken.
Verification of the order
Upon receipt of the order, the recipient checks the condition of the product (s) delivered. If one or more products are missing, it is the customer's responsibility to inform the carrier at the time of delivery and immediately report it to the seller. The verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the customer has received the order without expressing any reservations. Any defect must be immediately communicated to the carrier and the order must be refused. Rejected items are returned to Bobokid who will examine whether it can be held liable.
Any reservation not made in accordance with the above rules will not be taken into account and will release the seller from all responsibilities towards the customer.
.Delivery error
In the event of an error in the order or non-conformity of one or more products corresponding to the description on the order form, the customer informs the seller within two days of the delivery date. After this period, any complaint can no longer be taken into account and will release all responsibilities vis-à-vis the seller.
. Returns and exchanges
The customer, covered by the law on consumer protection, has a withdrawal period of 14 days.
This right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the items ordered have not been used or modified in any way.
This right of withdrawal allows the customer to return, at his expense, the items to Bobokid. Bobokid undertakes to reimburse the items as long as they have been returned in their original condition and after receipt of the items to be returned as well as the return letter describing the reason for the return.
Provided that the right of withdrawal is exercised in the forms and conditions required, the customer is reimbursed for his order within 30 days of receipt by Bobokid of the returned items, provided that Bobokid has validated the reimbursement. articles. Failing this, the customer will only be reimbursed by Bobokid for items whose return has been validated, in accordance with the elements set out in this article.
Refund procedure:

Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an email and we will refund the item returned within 30 working days. The reimbursement method is the one used for the order. It is not possible to change the payment method for the refund.
6. Limitation of liability
Bobokid sells carefully selected second-hand items, these items have already been used. The customer buys knowingly and is therefore informed that these are not new items. Consequently, Bobokid cannot be held responsible for the appearance of defects resulting from actions of a third party after purchase.
7. Force majeure
If the seller is unable to execute the order due to unforeseen circumstances beyond his control, the seller is entitled to suspend any order for the duration of the force majeure, the seller will immediately inform the customer.
8. Independence of clauses
The illegality or nullity of a provision of these general conditions of sale will have no impact on the validity and application of the other provisions.
9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, Bobokid will favor an amicable agreement, in the event of disagreement, the dispute will be brought to the competent courts of the judicial district of the head office of Bobokid, namely Bruxelles-Hal-Vilvorde
