When will I receive my order?

Your order is shipped within 24 to 72 hours depending on when you placed the order. Our delivery times, as specified on the site, are as follows: 

All orders are shipped within 72 hours. On the other hand, any order placed on the site on Friday after 12 p.m., after 12 p.m. the day before a public holiday, on Saturday or Sunday, the 72-hour period begins on the first following working day.

We are not responsible for the delays of the carriers and we invite you to regularly check the status of your order using your tracking number which is sent to you by e-mail.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

Confirmation of your order is automatically sent to the email address you provided to us when placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us via the address Hello@bobokid.be or via the contact form which you will find in the section contact us. Note that your order confirmation email may be in the junk mail of your mailbox.

I have a problem with my order

Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your order. If you want to add one or more items you will have to place a new order.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at Hello@bobokid.be or via the contact form in the section contact us.

You have 14 days to return the items, in the original, unused packaging. After verifying the conformity of the items, we will proceed with the refund within 30 days, via the same method of payment used for your order.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept Bancontact, Visa and Mastercard.

 

Is it possible to give a gift?

We offer gift cards, which you can find in the section gift card.
