Delivery

We deliver everywhere in Belgium, Luxembourg and Metropolitan France.

If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days to return it to us.

All orders are shipped within 72 hours. On the other hand, any order placed on the site on Friday after 12 p.m., after 12 p.m. the day before a public holiday, on Saturday or Sunday, the 72-hour period begins on the first following working day.

In Belgium:

In relay point via Mondial Relay. The announced delivery times are 3 to 5 days. We offer delivery to a Mondial Relay point from € 50. Below this amount, we ask you to contribute € 3.50 for the shipment.
At home via Bpost. The delivery times announced by Bpost are 2 working days maximum. We offer home delivery from 75 €. Below this amount, we ask you to contribute € 5.40 for the shipment.
Local delivery. From 25 € of purchases, we deliver the following postal codes free of charge: 1780,1853,1090,1020.

In Luxembourg :

We only offer delivery via Mondial Relay point in Luxembourg.

The delivery times announced by Mondial Relay are 3 to 5 days. We offer delivery to Mondial Relay points from € 60. Below this amount, we ask you to contribute € 3.50 for the shipment.

In France :

We only offer delivery via Mondial Relay point in France.

The delivery times announced by Mondial Relay are 3 to 5 days. We offer delivery to a Mondial Relay point from € 75. Below this amount, we ask you to contribute € 5.50 for the shipment.
